JOB DESCRIPTION
Ideal Candidate Should be able to:
Read and comprehend the working drawings, and should be able to work out quantities independently.
Prepare Rate Analysis.
Prepare / revision PCE; Zero budgets.
Prepare RA Bills.
Prepare PRW Bills month wise.
Prepare daily NMR.
Prepare material reconciliation statement including sub contractors/ PRW wise
Maintain books/ hand work registers and other associated documents
Prepare DPR/ WPR/ MPR for RO / HO & Clients.
Prepare cash flow statements (i) Monthly (ii) Weekly
Should have preferably worked in Building/Housing related infrastructure projects
