Engineer Maintenance

Job Specifications:

Need to have minimum of relevant experience 5 Years as for Engineer Maintenance for facility management company or big business group

Must be B.E/B.Etech- Civil

Should have good communication skills in Hindi and English

Job Description:

Schedule and undertake regular inspections and periodic maintenance of air-conditioning systems including mechanical and motor components

Provide analysis and load calculations of existing air- conditioning, mechanical and plumbing systems for condition assessment, operating capacity, functionality and compatibility with associated systems.

Assist in forecasting requirements, creating a budget and scheduling mechanical expenses for the building maintenance department
