We are looking for smart male candidate for EA to MD of an Export-Import company which has astonishing presence in the field of Aroma and as it office based in Sion, Mumbai 

 

Job Description :

Duties include database management, mail, and correspondence for Chairman & Managing Director, International correspondence, documentation, filing work,

Co-ordination with different departments and Clients, drafting letters, Self-correspondence and draft response to e-mails as advised.

Planning and organization of meetings including preparation of meeting facilities. Travel arrangements and management of Expenses Contact with clients and colleagues across the world. Promoting excellent internal and external relationships through telephone contact.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

Male graduate in the age group of 25 - 40 years having with pleasing personality & 5 to 8 years of experience in Secretarial Function or similar role.

Good command over oral & written English Communication, good typing skill is a must. Knowledge of shorthand & being able to make powerpoint presentations will be an added advantage.

Certificate course in secretarial practices is desirable.

Proficiency in MS office, Mulch-tasking, Ability to do self-correspondence and good telephonic etiquette is required.
