Responsibilities:
-Respond to Customer Service inquiries
-Refund members and issue credits and alert Customer Service
-Manager about questionable refund/credit requests
Requirement:
Strong affinity for people and ability to get along with anyone and everyone
Excellent written and communication skills
Exceptional problem solving skills
Ability to be resourceful, troubleshoot problems, and think proactively to anticipate needs and avert future issues
