Job Description
Drive Life Insurance Sales through retail and BTL reference and leads generated by affinity tie ups
Educate the Customer about the product
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Close the leads assigned by the call center team
Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer
Collection of Renewals
Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
To provide correct and complete information on products to all customers that will help transparency and smooth sale of the business.
Daily updating leads on maximizer, follow up on leads, presence in malls and interacting with the customers
Note : Previous company's offer letter and salary slip will be needed while joining the organisation.
Incentives
6% to 10% of the business made.
Upon achievement of targets, earn incentives upto Rs 30,000/-
