Job Description

To counsel all the clients not losing well in co-ordination with the in-house Doctor, Physiotherapist and the slimming manager.
To ensure client satisfaction and maximize sales for Slimming.
To ensure package execution within the validity period devised according to the package.
To help in the sales of the Clinic and to achieve sales targets when assigned.
To ensure regular follow-up of clients on break to minimize the unexecuted packages.
To motivate and delegate responsibility to all the slimming staff.
To ensure maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness of staff, machine.

Desired Candidate Profile- Experience of wellness / Service industry will be preferred
- Further qualification of Management / Nutrition /BPT/MPT/ MBBS / BAMS / BUMS /  Cosmetology  / Dermatology etc shall be an added advantage
- Should have leadership qualities and capable of handling staff
- Should have stability, maturity & competence to manage an independent Centre to achieve desired targets.
