2. Bringing in Corporate tie - ups for
Shalby, in order to increasing the turn up of patients in the hospital.

3. Teaming up employee strength for turning
up patients through Doctor referrals.

4. Taking charge of handling and directing
the Homecare Dept. where we aim to provide home services to the patients such
as providing physiotherapists, nurses and few diagnostics facilities.

5. Formulating marketing strategies to expand
the business.
