DGM Construction - Retail/ Malls, IT Park

Overall in-charge of Mall & IT Park Project for Execution, QA & QC, Safety and timely completion & Handing over within the budget and coordination with other department of Design, Contract, Procurement, Audit, Planning, Liaison, etc and efficient Vendor management.
To be responsible for the entire construction related activities at project site.
To be responsible for documenting all process active as per company policy and
requirement.
To prepare construction plans & schedule for monitoring progress.
To manage risks and other site issues.
To resolve site issues pertaining to construction.
To be responsible for all material at site, its storage, inventory and issuance.
To appropriately certify contractor bills
