  • Ensure highest quality of service is offered to all customers without any discrimination.
  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives jointly set with franchisor on a periodic basis.
  • Brief customers before the start of the breakout games.
  • Fulfil game master duties by providing hints to the players during the course of the game as and when required.
  • Attend to customer enquiries requirements.
  • Follow up with customers for reviews.
  • Confident in speaking to a group of people.
  • Excellent oral, written and good interpersonal skills.
  • Should be Fluent in English.
  • Should be energetic and have an outgoing personality.
