Customer Service Manager - Rotating Equipment (for IRAQ – 6/2)


Manage and expand customer base with a professional
Sales Team.


Develop and promote sustained sales growth to
achieve company sales objectives.


Details:


Rotational assignment: 6 weeks ON and
2 weeks OFF.


The individual will spend continues 6
weeks in Iraq and will thereafter spend 2 weeks in his home country as a
vacation on rotational basis. Company will provide to and fro airtickets from
his point of embarkation& Basra Airport.
Meals, Accommodation, Transportation, Air tickets, Visa, Medical support,
Insurance etc. provided by company.


Qualifications:


Degree in
Engineering (Mechanical).


Experience


10+ years Sales Experience.


5+ years of experience in Sales of
Aftermarket Services (repair, refurbishment, upgrade) related to pumps - API
for Oil and Gas industry.

  • Technical Sales
    experience

  • Understanding and
    experience of Rotating Equipment products and process control industries

  • Strong knowledge of
    engineering principles and practices

  • Strong interpersonal,
    communications skills and outstanding ability to develop relationship with
    others

  • Self-starter and
    ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems

  • Good computer skills


Responsibilities:



  • Achieve sales turnover
    and profitability in line with company objectives

  • Identify key projects

  • Building relationship
    with key personnel (decision makers) within a customer’s site

  • Staying up to date on
    service capabilities for enhancing sales

  • Preparation of
    presentation and proposals to obtain new orders including proper review of
    customer specifications and commercial requirements

  • Assisting the finance
    department in collecting unpaid debts

  • Organize efficient
    travel within agreed budgets

  • Management of
    entertainment budget

  • Completes call, sales and
    expense report on a accurate and timely basis

  • Serves as a resource
    for less experienced direct sales staff and provides necessary training

  • Manpower planning

  • Conducting Performance
    Appraisals for the sales team

  • Ensure completion of
    customer satisfaction reports

  • Establishing KPIs for
    the department and other department staff

  • Win/loss analysis
    report
