Should be able to efficiently drive a sales Team.

Should have previous experience of handling a team.

Should be flexible with work timings.

Should have good communication in Hindi & English. Should be comfortable with rotational shifts and offs & Excellent Writing Skills . Should be able to frame grammatically correct sentences .Will be required to make outbound calls and answer emails. Typing speed @ 30wpm.

It’s an International Sales process, Candidates with exp in the same process preferred, Excellent communication and Sales skills. Candidates with hardcore sales/collection process also preferred. Candidates worked with the same process with OPK/R Tech/ Adventity(2009-10) (No Fresher/ No Domestic)
