Support management and business decisions relevant
to cost

• Ensure all customer correspondence is
  clear, concise and timely


• Provide a high level of customer
  service to the internal and external customers


• Responds and ensures customer needs
  are met by liaising with other teams


• Escalate customer complaint to manager
  when required


• Maintain the set productivity targets


• Follow up where necessary to meet
  customer needs
