CPA’s are called Credit and Operations Executive(COE).
Description: Credit requirement’s, File Login - KYC documentation and all Under IT related,
Sanction authority certification if any ( not Mandatory)
Qualification: Graduate
Age criteria: 22 – 40 yrs
Relevant Experience: min 6 months in relevant home loan industry
Bike: not Mandatory
Documentation: 3 months’ salary Slip/ Bank statement showing salary credit / Salary
certificate, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Updated Resume, All Educational documentation 10 th ,
12 th , Graduation.
Interview Process: 2 rounds of interview ( 1-with Operations , 2 – HR ) should happen the
same day.
TAT from selection to joining – one week , once the documentation reaches the second day
offers will be released the same day or the next day. For Mumbai hard copies should reach
the HR and for other out station locations soft copies can be mails to release the offer
letters. Once offer is rolled out DOJ will be confirmed (exceptional cases candidate serving
his notice period will join after his notice period)
Joining period - 1 st to 25 th of every month.
