JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain company guidelines and sound positive and pleasing while interacting with customers
Understand customer needs and demonstrate the product accordingly
Have sound products technical knowledge
Should have sound convincing and negotiation skills
Keeping themselves updated on product knowledge and other sales schemes.
Must be target oriented in revenue & units on monthly basis with a go-getter kind of attitude
Improve conversion rate through up selling and cross selling of products
Other Details:
Min Experience : 1 to 4 Years
Qualification: Graduation/MBA
Preferred Industry: Retail Background (Experience of Retail IT Electronic will be an added advantage)
