We are also looking for Corporate Training Manager, experience having expertise in IT / Non IT Industry. should be passionate in winning new clients and account management for above said function specifically in Corporate Training.Candidate will own end to end value chain of the Business; right from acquiring new clients, account management, fulfillment of corporate training demand and responsible for P/L.
Job Responsibilities:
Working closely with management in developing strategies to engage potential clients for existing and new client acquisition in Corporate Training. 
- Responsible for identifying the competitive service strengths and weaknesses of the company and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Excellent business presentations skills, proposal writing skill and showcase the company's capabilities.
- Benefits and value proposition in all interactions and work effectively to deliver these key messages to the market place.
- Coordinating with top level people among client, develop and promote brand name. Be a point of contact between the client and the team
- Bring new Business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating contracts; integrating requirements with business operations.
- Generating leads based on business exigencies for increasing business and building a clientele database. 
- Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
- Identify, negotiate & manage strategic relationships with potential and prospective Clients, derived out of the leads PAN INDIA.
- Hands on and be responsible for the delivery of the training needed along with the team by taking onus of closing the order, meeting delivery and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics.
- Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments.
- Critical thinking and decision making
