1. KRA’s
a. Team Leading
• Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence
• Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines
b. Sales
• Selling exhibition space to corporate clients by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
• Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements (via meetings, telephone, mail, etc…)
• Cold calling to arrange meetings, meeting potential clients for new business, provide quotations, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
• Preparing and presenting sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
• Servicing and meeting client’s needs during operations, exhibition itself and dismantling
2. Skills
• Proven excellent record in sales (building and keeping relationships, negotiation)
• Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required
• Motivation for Sales - Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
• Coaching - capable to help sales teams to improve their sales performance
• Capable of achieving their own targets and help sales team to reach their targets
• Market knowledge
• Needs to be strong leader
