1.       Develop financial statements for payroll processing, account reconciliations, account receivables, account payables, revenue, expenditure, etc.

2.       Qualified CA with E-commerce background will be preferable.

3.       Handling statutory matters including Income Tax/GST/VAT, transfer pricing issues.

4.       Preparation of balance sheet and audit report of the company.

5.       Continuous management of financial systems and budgets.

6.       Undertaking Internal financial audits.

7.       Liaising with clients (individuals or businesses) and providing financial information and advice.

8.       Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management information for accountancy.

9.       Counselling clients on areas of business improvement, or dealing with insolvency.

10.       Detecting and preventing fraud.

11.       Maintaining accounting ledgers and account reconciliations.

12.       Complete the statutory and other audits within the stipulated time.

13.       Ensure financial records comply with company policies and accounting principles.

14.       Secures financial information by completing data base backups.

15.       Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
