Qualification Required :Graduate
Engineers with Proven track record on completing projects
Must possess strong Leadership and Communication skills both written and
verbal
Overall 10 years experience, out of which minimum 5 years in related field of
specialization

Job Description : Contracts Professionals are fully responsible to
successfully manage all aspects of MEP Contracting activity related to various
projects, viz, Infrastructure, Star Hotel, High Rise Towers, Airport, and Metro
etc. Contract Management system activities such as Contract Administration,
Change Orders/ Variation, Claims, EOT, Monthly Valuation Claims, Final Account,
etc. and commercial activities including but not limited to overseeing and
coordinating procurement activities from inception to project completion
besides submitting monthly management reports (MIS).
