Our leading and established Management consultancy client in the field of retained manpower is currently looking for Sr. Consultant/ Consultants at its Mumbai office.
Job Description :
· Candidate with 4 to 6 years of total work experience from Recruitment.
· Experience of working in senior level positions across sectors is highly desirable.
· Candidate mapping and candidate management, headhunting – through various search tools, networking etc, are the required skill set
· Database management, Preparation of MIS, etc.
· Manage internal software (Hirecraft).
· Executing the mandate at hand with full adherence to the internal search process. (Candidate Market Mapping, Documenting JD / Candidate profiles, Candidate management, Offer negotiation, closure)
· Supporting the Business Development process along with the Lead consultants & Partners.
. Candidate should have desire to grow in a retained search firm are ideal incumbent
