Job Description :Summary:
Offer consultation, diagnosis and treatment to clients as per
the company product portfolio, customer disease condition.
Counsel the patients on treatment plan, price and procedures.
To handle the patient grievances.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Consultation & Patient Diagnosis:
Consult & diagnose customers/patient on skin related
concerns. Counsel, diagnose, prescribe the treatment
and then counsel about the treatment.
Provide treatment
Follow-up post treatments and review with patients
regularly.
Educate the client in details about the treatment at
every stage with regard to procedure, pros and side
effects if any and general precautions and measures to
be taken while availing the treatment or consumption
of medicines.
Client charts/reports, treatments advised, consent,
reviews, should be properly documented and signed
by individual doctors for any future reference.
Aid in the development of safe, new products and
technologies for skin enhancement.
Maintain patient information confidentiality.
Supervision of services:
Supervise all services performed by the therapists
particularly during laser,injectable procedure.Set the
laser dosage for the treatment.
Ensure materials necessary for the treatment is
available at the clinic well in advance.
Perform/supervise all medical procedures to be
carried out in clinic, ensuring efficacy, safety & high
professional standards of medical procedures carried
out under your supervision.
Check all the machines and medical equipment’s
working condition every Monday.
Ensuring Safety & process adherence:
Adhere to all safety guidelines & processes designed
by us
Custodian of and has to drive key service quality
processes at the clinic level.
Attend to any emergencies arising during the course
of treatment/procedure being offered to a
customer/patient.
Maintain and follow safety standards while
administering services.
Maintain high level of customer service and
satisfaction.
To conduct "in process review" and supervise the
treatment given by the therapists.
Ensuring that patient consent is taken before
administrating special treatment procedures/ therapy
or prescription.
To address and resolve any treatment related issue
with the client in outmost professional way and
document it for future references.
To have regular check for proper working condition
of the medical equipment’s and machines and
advising for any license renewal,
servicing,maintenance of the same.
Inform equipment related issues to the clinic
managers. Inform patient treatment related issues to
the clinic managers and Medical Director
Qualification : DDVL ,MBBS ,MD Dermatologist
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
Job Nature : Full Time.
