JOB responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.

• Scheduled reviews of complaints, audits, findings and corrective actions.

• Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.

• Required Skills:

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Since compliance team is often associated with operational functions of the organization, excellent communication, and writing skills are generally required.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills may prove beneficial as well.

• Also, familiarity with basic computer functions is necessary.
