• Managing market research, collecting data and analysis.
• preparing for proposal and presentation
• Managing commercial calculation & preparation
• Identifies & find potential partner/ JV and growth opportunities
• Managing contract preparation & negotiation
• Working together with business development department and project management department
• Enhance strong background in real estate development especially industrial zone hotel, factory and other real estate investment
• Provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis in relation to the business.
• Ensure the completion and submission of Government and Industry requested statistical data.
• Provide advice on how to optimize the business.
