The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
1. Responsible for Business deliverables for:
Driving Inclinic Sales for Homeopathy, Aesthetic Solutions & Products business for the clinic
Achieving group business targets in line with the corporate strategy
To ensure effective implementation of various sales and marketing initiatives at the center
Driving Sales closures i.e. enquiry conversion
2. Responsible for Strengthening Clinic Operations:
Responsible for the supervision, direction and coordination of the day-to-day operations of the clinic
To constantly monitor the level of service quality at the center and devise strategy to improve any shortfalls
Planning and coordinating daily work assignments and operations
To consolidate Patient Feedback
3. Responsible for People Management:
Driving efficiency of the clinics team by mentoring and training
Working with medical team to ensure delivery of quality standards & enhance patient experience
Job Timings: 12.00 noon to 9.00 p.m (Monday to Friday)
Saturday & Sunday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Week Off : One week off any day between Monday to Friday
Location: Pune, Kolkata, Indore, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Ludhiana, Chennai
