1. To achieve desired customer delight by ensuring satisfactory response to customer interaction.

2. Manage Customer Interactions through Inbound voice and data contact.

3. Appropriate escalation of unresolved complaints.

4. Update the existing database with changes and status of each Customer query / resolution.

5. To ensure satisfactory resolution of varieties of issues.

6. To interface with respective work teams for resolution of complaints


1. Strong Internet knowledge

2. Graduate in any discipline

3. Should possess very good communication (spoken & Written) in English & Hindi

4. Ready to troubleshoot any reported problems or issues

5. Must possess good presentation skills / Training skills.

6. Should have good analytical and troubleshooting skills
