Duties:
1. Maintain client service levels according to the standards.
2. Provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal clients.
2. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to client’s problems. 
4. Identify and resolve Clients issues.
5. Taking care of end to end clients requirements. 
6. Other duties as assigned.
