• Forward thinking with the ability to assert new ideas and follow them through / finds alternative solutions and identifies clear objectives.
• Be responsible for and willing to continuously invest in learning/training to stay abreast of constantly changing policy requirements including keeping up-to-date with industry developments related to regulatory environment and be able to demonstrate this
• Where needed act as the intermediary between Compliance, Legal and the business to achieve commercial outcomes that does not compromise our ability to comply with the regulatory policy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel / Power point / Word)
• Bachelor degree
• Desired* - Minimum 18 months tenure with the firm or equivalent industry experience
• Desired - Awareness of the Client On boarding process and/or global regulations
