J* *ob Description :

• Interact with the merchants onwards for the complete integration process; verify the feasibility of the merchant integration with payment gateway and confirm for the same.• Create a setup for the merchant in

• Create a setup for the merchant in test environment and resolve Payment Gateway related issues UAT and Production both on daily basis.

• Performing required test cases/VbyV test/IVR test cases and checking logs both UAT as well as Production.

• Troubleshooting merchant issues while integrating with Payment Gateway

• Uploading merchant Logo-CSS file for their website

• Providing old transaction details as per their requirement.

• Solve queries of Merchants related to Gateway.

• Studying and analyzing Merchant Integration Document.

• Creating Terminal for merchant in UAT/Production.

• Reset merchant password on daily basis request.

• Sharing required set up/pages (Hosted//Tranportal VbV/IVR) withmerchant (JSP/ASP/ASP.net/PHP) and help them in integration with same.

• Providing training to the new recruits.

• Coordinating with the Operation/B24 team.

• We handle Payment gateway for Merchant from all over India.

• Responsible for moving merchant into production.

• Monitoring Merchant Business and solve their technical issue and retain merchants for better E commerce business.

• Analyzing merchant requirements and preparing SRS.

• Design test cases based on SRS.

• Monitor daily transactions and generate report using Excel for senior management.

• Coordinate with banks in case of any Technical issues and solve them

• Querying database for updating, retrieving data from multiple tables and providing the update and records to merchants as per their requirements.

• Providing Remote integration support to the merchants for the applications designed in Asp.Net, JSP, PHP and ASP through Net meeting.
