We have an urgent requirement for Cath Lab Nurse in the location siliguri,interested candidates can apply, salary negotiable.
JD FOR CATH LAB NURSE:
• Delivers direct patient care according to established standards.
• Demonstrates an ability to assess patient on arrival and communicates findings to health team members.
• Communicates assessment data in an orderly fashion by verbalizing pertinent information to health team members.
• Documents accurately, legibly and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrates the understanding of pertinent diagnostic test results and initiates appropriate actions as needed.
• Interprets ECG rhythm and notifies a physician of any changes not already noted.
• Identifies and reports abnormal lab values.
• Demonstrates proficiency in operation of cath lab equipment.
• Documents all records according to established standards.
• Maintains records requiring complete documentation to include cath lab records, charge sheets, lab sheets, QA sheet and where applicable, incident reports for each patient.
• Employee is accountable for patient safety, as applicable to their job, for performance improvement related to Leapfrog initiative and National Quality Forum safe practices
