Will perform and deliver the best practices of capturing and simulating the behavior, data and performance characteristics of unavailable or incomplete systems for unconstrained use in development and testing lifecycles. Create baseline services for application teams like: POS IT, EPS, ACSS, DOTCOM, MyVerizon, IVR, Handset, DVS, and more. Provide knowledge transfer and be a Center of Excellence for this tool.
