Designation : /Business Development Executive/Manager
Qualification: B.Tech (IT/EC/CS)/ M.Tech/ BCA/ B.Sc (IT) / Any Technical Background/Post Graduate.
Salary(Freshers) : 14K (in hand)/month + Incentives+ Meals,
Working days: 5 Days a week (Monday-Friday), Saturday and Sunday fixed off.
Job Location : Technopolis IT Hub, Sec-62,Noida , Job Timing : 7:30 pm 5:00am

Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description of the client through various strategies/channels such as; DICE, Monster, Hot jobs, Third Party
Vendors etc.
- Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
- Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US.
-Screening the profiles, based on requirement and scheduling them accordingly for an interview.
- Should possess an excellent track record in managing the entire life-cycle of the recruitment process, with an expertise in searching, sourcing, evaluating and selection of candidates.
- Interact with clients, preferred vendors and business partners through e-mails & conference calls to generate business and resolve operational aspects.
- Make frequent contact with potential clients, established clients and local/national business leaders to promote RAMY and its services.
- Front facing with the clients to receive/understand/cascade requirements and closing gaps if any
- Owning the entire hiring process starting from telephonic interviews, pitching, head hunting, coordination for all the interviews, offer roll out and on boarding
- Interviewing potential employees and ensuring to bring the best of the breed.
