We have openings with Australia Based Technology Company for the position of Business Development Manager to be based at our Kolkata delivery center. Few lines about the company:
Based in Australia with overseas offices in UK & USA and a delivery center in Kolkata, India, ZWM Technologies Pty Ltd is an information technology company and a global Digital Marketing Agency catering End-To-End Digital Marketing Solutions to a global audience too.
Title : Business Development Manager
1. Responsible for attainment of quota on monthly and yearly basis. Please note that there will be a team target and an individual target through Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Bidding etc.
2. Developing and leading a team of BDE's to meet the team and individual objectives.
3. Assigning targets and managing a team of 4 to 5 BDE's.
4. Managing the clients across the globe and to ensure the customer satisfaction.
5. Responsible for widening the client base across the globe while maintaining high standards of customer service to existing clients.
6. Develop business relationships with new customers & partners and Interacting with potential clients.
7. Target and develop new business opportunities while working within established deadlines.
8. Market analysis, problem resolutions, business intelligence.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Sales or Business related subject
• 3 years+ experience in Sales, Business Development
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proven aptitude for business
• Autonomous, responsible and ambitious person with a real ability to take decisions
• Significant experience in team management with strong leadership capabilities
• Target driven with a hardcore selling attitude and good experience in Bidding Portals like, E Lance, Freelancer, Guru, O-Desk etc
