We require a Business development Manager, preferably from IT background who has 1 year and above experience of Business development.
The candidate should be self motivated and have a penchant for pushing limits and catalyze the growth of the organisation along with promoting self growth.

• Prospect business opportunities from new and existing clients in the key corporate client base focusing on the builder/developer segment.

• Experience in database/list selling.

• Developing constructive and cooperative working rapport with clients and adding value to these business relationships.

• Excellent accent and communication skills.

• Ability to understand client needs and offer solutions; possesses strong networking and negotiation skills.

• Good in Sales and CRM tools handling.

• Having experience in generating and extracting b2b database for all countries especially USA and Europe.

• Excellent Email writing skills.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
