Job Summary

We are staffing agency based out of Gujarat; hiring for various roles across India. This opening is with one of our Life Insurance client for Business Development Manager.

Roles and responsibilities for BDM/ SDM Development Manager:

  • Target setting and achieving targets on monthly and annual basis.
  • Guiding the team to sell the products in the market.
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
  • Recruitment of Team, Field calls and visits with team.
  • Target setting and achieving targets on monthly and annual basis.
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement

Skills for Business Development Manager:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Sales, marketing and strategic analysis
  • Researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy while retaining marketing partners.

Business Development Manager Eligibility Criteria -

  • 6+  month proven track record in sales or marketing with any Industry.
  • 2+ Years of stayed incurrent location.
  • Age between 24 to 36
  • Graduation required
  • CTC :  L P/A
