Job Title / Designation: Business Development Manager

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

  • Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. The role includes,
  • Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes.
  • Must passionately represent the brand(s) and be able to ethically coach prospects through the discovery process, financing resolution and market development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work according to established marketing strategies, identify new customers and forge new partnerships in multiple sectors including corporate, travel, five-star Hotels etc.
  • Initial contact with prospects for both tie-ups and investments.
  • Be the brand ambassador for all brands represented.
  • Follows the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly.
  • Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports.
  • Work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives to achieve goals.
  • Able to build awareness in respective territories for the brands represented.

Education Qualification:

  • Education in Business Management or a related field is desired.
  • 5+ years of proven accomplishment within Enterprise/Corporate sales. Franchising sales experience will be given priority.
  • Able to travel- Will attend trade shows, conduct market visits with prospects as necessary.
  • Must be able to speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand(s) and business.

Minimum Education Requirements: Any Graduate - Education in Business Management or a related field is desired.

Annual CTC: Upto 4 Lakh
