Defines long-term organizational strategic goals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Improving revenue generation by the team
 
Role Description-
Candidate will be responsible for managing business process improvement, relationship management ensuring revenue growth and improved Profitable assignments from clients across varied industry and domain.
Key Responsibility Area:-
Communication & Relationship building exercise
New client acquisition
Market research to assess new segments of growth and market potential.
Lead generation prospecting new clients
Networking & High profile individual & Industry verticals
Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Making Business proposals
Follow up with the Clients on regular basis
Strategic planning & execution.
you would be reporting directly to the Director of our organization
Responsible for handling a team of Key Account Managers & IT Recruiters.
Working as a SPOC (Single point of contact) between Clients & the Organization

Good communication skills - both verbal and written.

Fast learner - capable of handling pressure.
High level of enthusiasm and a cheerful personality.
Open to travel Pan India & Globally.
Should have sound knowledge on end to end IT recruitment process sourcing -Identifying screening short listing interviewing candidates
