1. Experience with Engineering Service Provider
2. Experience in Outbound Sales
Essential:
1. Excellent written and spoken English(high degree of fluency proficiency level) with little or no accent
2. Good Microsoft Office skills- Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
3. Understanding of marketing concepts
4. Good telephone etiquettes
5. Flexible, reliable and mature attitude
Desirable:
1. Previous experience in telemarketing preferably in a technically based sales or service environment
2. Previous telemarketing/sales experience for European countries
3. Familiarity with social networking tools such as LinkedIn, and ability to research and generate meaningful information from the internet
4. German proficiency – able to speak fluently, being able to read and write well in German is an added advantage
Essential: Graduate in any stream
1. Internet research for prospective clients and determine the right decision maker such as CEO’s MD’s R&D directors, basically Senior CXO level
2. Building and management of prospective customer database.
3. Contacting decision makers (client) telephonically
4. Assessing if there is a need for our services and sending out appropriate email with required information (presentation etc.)
5. Generating Sales Leads/Appointments, this will be the primary responsibility .
6. Assisting Sales Managers in compilation of Marketing and Pre- Sales Material
7. Making PPT presentations etc. for the prospective customers
8. Provide research inputs, based on learning from tele-calling for marketing team to help them while framing marketing strategy
