  • Responsible for achieving Sales Targets
  • Generating outbound leads for Residential/ Societies/ Corporate.
  • Cold calling and closing incoming Sales leads
  • Generate new businesses, achieve Sales Targets.
  • Generating Society leads for Bulk sales.
  • Conduct Sales promotion campaigns in Societies to generate leads.
  • Any other activities as defined by the Management.
  • Local language speaking is compulsory.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional approach
  • Kannada/ Hindi and English fluency is compulsory
  • Must own 2 wheeler and driving license compulsory
  • Ready to travel.
  • Sales experience of 1 to 2 years of direct sales will be an added advantage.

Languages: Kannada, English, Hindi & Telugu
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 3 to 4 years
Annual CTC: 1.80 to 2.4 LPA
