Job Title / Designation:Business Development – Executive.

Job Description:

· Direct sales to the Registered Societies and Retail Residential Clients.

· Visiting clients with incoming leads for retail residential homes.

· Cold calling on residential Societies (Managers/ Secretary/ Chairman).

· To identify potential Retail customers and Society clients.

· Generate new businesses, achieve Sales Targets.

· Generating Society leads for Bulk sales.

· Conduct Sales promotion campaigns in Societies to generate leads.

· Any other activities as defined by the Management.

· Also, catering to incoming Leads.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:Sales & Marketing/Lead generation at Residential Societies/arranging promotional campaigns/Retail and Bulk sales/Generate references from existing clients etc.

Key words:sales executive, BDM, Business development, client servicing, BDE, Field sales, B2c sales, corporate sales.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required:Minimum 1 year.

Location(s) of Job:2 in Pune and 1 in Bangalore.

Minimum Education Requirements: Any Graduate

Work Timings / Working Days:10.00 am to 7.00 Pm/ 6 Days a week.
