Job Description:

Creating a database of prospective clients. Maintaining constant touch with them by identifying key stakeholders on corporate Insurance programs.
Setting up calls/meetings and build relationship with key decision makers
Identify new opportunities by studying clients requirement; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

Role & Responsibilities:

Understanding the prospect/clients business and risk exposures.
Conducting Insurance Program reviews and identifying gaps.
Making comparison of the terms in the quotations received from the various insurance companies.
Negotiating the terms and conditions received from the insurers to meet the clients requirements.
Meeting the client with the recommendation of cover.
Cross verification of the policy terms and conditions.
Servicing the account by ensuring timely endorsement issuance and advocating on behalf of the client at the time of claim or any other requirements.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 1-15 Years

Location(s) of Job: Bangalore

Annual CTC: Upto 20 lacs

Minimum Education Requirements: Any graduate

No of rounds of Interviews: 3-4

Work Timings / Working Days: All weekdays and alternate Saturdays
