Job Title / Designation: Business Development Executive

Job Description:


·         Creating a database of prospective clients. Maintaining constant touch with them by identifying key stakeholders on corporate Insurance programs.

·         Setting up calls/meetings and build relationship with key decision makers

·         Identify new opportunities by studying client’s requirement; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

 Role & Responsibilities:


·         Understanding the prospect/client’s business and risk exposures.

·         Conducting Insurance Program reviews and identifying gaps.

·         Making comparison of the terms in the quotations received from the various insurance companies.

·         Negotiating the terms and conditions received from the insurers to meet the client’s requirements.

·         Meeting the client with the recommendation of cover. 

·         Cross verification of the policy terms and conditions.

·         Servicing the account by ensuring timely endorsement issuance and advocating on behalf of the client at the time of claim or any other requirements.


Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required:  Freshers, 0-3yrs

Minimum Education Requirements:  graduate
