Business Development executive - Clothing

Company Introduction:

Udaan is a B2B platform, building a trusted ecosystem between manufacturers and wholesalers/retailers via technology. We are a well-funded early stage startup founded by core team of Flipkart.

Role Description:

Candidate will be a part of Business Development (Feet on Street) team in Fashion Category, handling a region (generally a city or cluster of neighboring cities). The candidate is expected to increase penetration (retailer base registered with Udaan app) and engagement (retailer bases doing recurring business on Udaan) of Udaan in his region. A usual day on job would involve meeting 15-20 retailers dealing in ready made garments/fashion accessories, carrying a sample bag, pitching Udaan and taking orders.

Expected Profile:

• A candidate should be a graduate
• Should have at least 1 year of on ground sales experience
• Should posses a bike and a smart phone
• Should have sales experience in Clothing/ FMCG sector
