  • Identifying new sales leads

  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • Prospect Business opportunities from new and existing clients in the key corporate
    client base focusing on the builder/developer segment
  • Experience in database/list selling.
  • Developing constructive and cooperative working rapport with client and adding value to this business relationship.
  • Excellent accent and communication skills.
  • Good in Sales and CRM tools handling.
  • Having experience in generating and extracting b2b database for all countries especially USA, UK, and Europe.
  • Excellent Email Writing Skills.
  • Build and Maintain strong client relationship.
