*Excellent Communication skills and Customer Interaction skills
*Must be able to independently handle the entire Sales Cycle right from prospecting to closure

*Ability to prepare Proposals, Marketing Collaterals and other Sales tools, independently
*Be able to convert Leads generated by the Inside Sales team, to successful closures
*Able to acquire new clients on a consistent basis
*Manage Client relationships and increase revenues from within a Client(ability to Up-sell and Cross sell)
*Perform Techno-Functional role of a Pre-Sales Consultant, interfacing between Internal Project Managers and Client
