As a BDE you will:

  1. Manage sales teams local-national
  2. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
  3. Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  4. Maintain regional/national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  5. Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
