Job description:

    • Identifying and analyzing the business needs for IT product / services at the enterprise level.

    • Gathering requirement from Business Owners, Analyze the project, preparation of BRS [Business Requirement Specifications], conveying it to the development group. Project planning, defining team member role, delegate responsibility, mapped out timelines to Business Owners, assist in application development milestone, presentation, testing and installation.

    • Identifying vendors that have product/services that meet the requirement and evaluating them.

    •  Performing Pilot test/ POC for the new products for further evaluating the product/services.

    •  Identify key competency within the development team to provide value added solution and service to the customer

    • Work with QA team to design test plan and test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

    • Work as part of a project team, reporting progress and escalating issues to management as appropriate.

    • Providing training and guidance to the end users (Preparing User Manual).

    •  Identify data and reporting requirements needed to support business units, answer key questions from end users, recommend customizations or enhancements, review vendor feeds and interfaces.

    • Manage and resolve critical incidents for client’s live environment.

    • Working with line-area representatives, coordinated the collection and analysis of bi-weekly statistics for core projects and presented them in a report to Senior Management

    • To create Reporting Templates and schedules for work areas to use to report statistics. Assigned roles to work area representatives for reporting.

    • Collect, analyze and present statistics for work areas in a weekly and monthly report to Senior Management

    • Continual improvement of quality management system through effective monitoring in terms of internal audits, management reviews, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in software applications for process automation.

    • Conduct internal audits every six months by establishing, maintaining, implementing, documenting the standard operating procedures (SOP) and records. This will ensure that all aspects of quality system are regularly audited for effectiveness in achieving the stated quality objectives.

    •  Acting as mentor, motivating team members, monitoring and functional training to team members. Training to employees to improve their skills and knowledge.

    • Handle and supervise the day to day task for the Branch Operation.
