Identifying and analyzing the business needs for IT product / services at the enterprise level.
Gathering requirement from Business Owners, Analyze the project, preparation of BRS [Business Requirement Specifications], conveying it to the development group. Collect, analyze and present statistics for work areas in a weekly and monthly report to Senior Management
Continual improvement of quality management system through effective monitoring in terms of internal audits, management reviews, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in software applications for process automation.
Conduct internal audits every six months by establishing, maintaining, implementing, documenting the standard operating procedures (SOP) and records. This will ensure that all aspects of quality system are regularly audited for effectiveness in achieving the stated quality objectives.
Acting as mentor, motivating team members, monitoring and functional training to team members. Training to employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
Handle and supervise the day to day task for the Branch Operation.
