Job Description
Coordination with consultant/ contractors/ Execution Team
Timely disbursement of payment (Payment cycle)
Coordination with finance & purchase department
Site Inspection & checking material & workmenship
Timely checking of bills, Extra item Calculation, Deviation Analysis as per contracts,
Quantity BOQ
Escalate revenue leakage to project in-charge
Reduction of risk in billing errors.
Auditing & Certify RA & Final Bills
Reconciliation of steel, cement, material & manpower
Weekly & Monthly progress on contractors Bills (Reports submitted on time)
Maintaining records of changing trends of market condition subject to the rates of different material.
Delivery schedule adherence % cost variance in the project.
