  1. Counseling:
  • Focus on generating the business on monthly basis through assigned leads and other BTL activities.
  • Driving the registration for the programs specified by the centre.
  • Counsels on Finance Certificate Programmes on Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Chartered Financial Analyst, Financial Markets to students, colleges, Corporate Houses.
  • Maintains Relationships with Graduation & post graduation colleges and Corporate Houses and assists in organizing seminars at these places.

  1. Centre Operations
  • Owns lead generation, enquiry, counseling, follow-up, sales closing, admission, training and after sales services processes.
  • Responsible for batch management and scheduling of programmes
  • Co-ordinates and maintain a good rapport with the Faculty for batch management
  • Handles Logistics of the Centre
  • Adheres to the service standards, analyzing service gaps and taking corrective measures
  • Ensures smooth & error free execution of assigned classroom programmes

  1. Lead Management
  • Responsible to lead from the front and ensure that calls are handled and sales is closed by the team
