Business Development Manager will play a critical role in bringing in new business for our agency. This individual will identify new prospects and convert them into TBI clients. This role is expected to positively impact the profitability of the company on a continual basis.
Quarterly and annual sales goals will be established based on the candidate’s experience and our requirements.

• Identify prospects well suited for TBI’s expertise and services.
• Connect with decision makers to ensure a robust pipeline of business
• Coordinate with the executive team to develop proposals and pitches
that speak to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives.
• Regularly close new business.
• Communicate client expectations to the account team.
• Liaise with executive team on the implementation of business
development strategies.
• Develop, review and report on the business development strategy,
ensuring objectives are clearly defined and well executed.
