Roles and responsibilities

• Develop effective working relationships with international clients through regular effective communication and identify new business development opportunities.
• Apply company wide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer/clients needs and managing sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off.
• Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, companies profit margin, products and services maximum sales, Client retention, referrals and customer acquisition.
• Reset right client expectation and adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of contract/ agreement documents.
• Work closely with teams of Web Design and Development and Mobile Applications and create proposals, scope of work, contracts and help in retaining clients for maintenance projects.

Eligibility

• Must have excellent presentation skills, ability to make sensible presentations, which trigger more sales and business.
• Should be proficient in working with computer, software skills such as working with Microsoft Office, working with CRM software is a must for this job.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing and handling international clients for atleast 2+ years will be required for Web Design and Development and Mobile Applications.
• Technically has to be sound so can do analysis of Development projects and prepare Scope of Work and Time Estimates without the help of development team.
