Job Responsibilities:-  Back Office

    1) Processing Cash Tally in the System (File Extractions / Recon/Tally Process)2) Follow up with MSPs for Missing EJs3) Follow up with Branches / CRAs / MSPs for 4) Non Receipt CBRs5) Discrepancy in the CBRs (input level)6) Discrepancy in the CBRs (after recon)7) Reprocessing of the CBRs received after correction8) Maintenance of ATMs Master in the Recon Database which include follow up with the Switch Team for correction / rectification of any issue. This will also include the Addition, Deletion & Migration of ATMs.9) The recovery of shortage from vendor's account to be done.10) Working on the Untallied ATMs

    • Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound Calls from customers
  • Query handling pertaining to their bank account and loans, etc.
  • Cross Sell Banking Products
  • Handle Customer Query / Complaints of Banks Customers
  • Handle enquiries on new products / communications launched by bank.
  • Ensure end to end resolution and provide customer satisfaction on every call
    • Calling customers whenever required and follow up to take queries to closures
    • Answer
       and resolve customer issues as per prescribed timelines.

      Provide customers with product and service information & cross sell products as & when opportunity exists.

      Make outbound calls as and when required related to service and cross-sell.

      Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.

      Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.

      Maintain complete call logs and reports.

      Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.

    To achieve or exceed Customer Satisfaction by providing session excellence on every customer interaction and ensuring compliance to internal and external policies/guidelines.
